INCOMING Czech Operators. Here’s to meeting the great Valpolicella Wines.

This is the goal of INCOMING Valpolicella Czech Operators, the promotional event that on April 21 will welcome to Valpolicella a delegation composed of food and wine journalists and professionals from the Czech Republic for a three-day event dedicated to the great local food and wine culture. The program – organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella as part of the EU-funded campaign “That’s Amore – European lifestyle: taste wonderfood” – will be full of events that will involve the participants in discovering the excellent wines of Valpolicella, an area where the passion for viticulture has been handed down for generations.

In fact, operators will have the opportunity to meet producers directly, learn about the winemaking process and taste the fruits, the fine local wines. An important appointment will also be scheduled at the renowned Ferron Riseria, where participants will have the opportunity to taste dishes based on another European excellence, Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice.

This incoming event represents a valuable opportunity to promote the value
of excellence but especially that of hospitality, which has always been a symbol of Valpolicella and the Verona area.
