PDO

The PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) mark is attributed to products the characteristics of which derive from the natural and human factors of their environment of origin, whose production phases take place in a geographically delimited area.

PGI

The PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) mark indicates a product from a specific place, region or country, whose given quality, reputation or other characteristics are essentially attributable to its geographical origin, and for which at least one of the production steps takes place in the defined geographical area.

The Valpolicella Wines Workshops arrive in the Czech Republic.

The Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella has always been at the forefront in the valorisation of its oenological excellence. For September and October 2024, in fact, it has scheduled eight training and information events in the Czech Republic: true immersive workshops aimed at different types of audience, including students, HoReCa professionals, importers and distributors, and sommeliers.
