A November full of appointments for the Consortium for the protection of Nano Vialone Veronese PGI rice, which, after the tasty interlude at the Boiled Rice Fair 2023, has set off on a new international journey. Destination, Stuttgart, for the annual appointment with Eat&Style 2023, the trade fair dedicated to the food industry that expects the participation of over 100,000 visitors including sector operators, entrepreneurs, journalists and food bloggers. At the centre are the challenges of food, which today requires cohesion, responsibility and strict respect for the territory.

An opportunity to promote the European excellence of Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice, one of the outstanding products of the Verona area, recognised for its goodness, nutritional richness and sustainable approach to its cultivation.

The Consortium’s stand again this year wears the graphics of the ELTW project, which with the claim ‘That’s Amore’ reaffirms its commitment to defending and promoting the certified quality of PDO and PGI brands throughout Europe.

The participation of the Consortium for the Protection of Nano Vialone Veronese PGI rice at the Eat&Style Fair is just one piece of the broader promotional activity financed by the European Union that goes by the name of ‘Enjoy, it’s from Europe’.

It also includes Veneto PDO Olive Oil, Valpolicella DOC and DOCG Wines and Asiago PDO Cheese, four European excellences that are helping to promote awareness around PDO and PGI quality marks, as well as the importance of healthy eating in everyday life.
