The Valpolicella Wines Workshops arrive in the Czech Republic.

The Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella has always been at the forefront in the valorisation of its oenological excellence.

For September and October 2024, in fact, it has scheduled eight training and information events in the Czech Republic: true immersive workshops aimed at different types of audience, including students, HoReCa professionals, importers and distributors, and sommeliers.

These exclusive events are aimed at delving into various aspects related to the production, tasting and marketing of Valpolicella wines, covering a variety of topics: from the history of Valpolicella wine production to the geographical and climatic characteristics that influence production; from the main grape varieties grown in Valpolicella to the specific cultivation techniques of the area; from production processes to grape drying and fermentation techniques.

These appointments will also provide the opportunity to take part in guided tasting sessions, to learn how to recognise the organoleptic characteristics of the different wines and how to pair them with foods that best enhance them.

Workshops designed especially for professionals, who will be able to understand how to enhance the brand, quality and origin of Valpolicella DOC and DOCG wines.

The Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella joins the project “That’s Amore. European Lifestyle: Taste Wonderfood” that celebrates the love for quality European products, for excellence of certain origin, for raw materials processed in a respectful and transparent way.

It is a project that puts in place many initiatives, workshops and events throughout Europe to make citizens and operators in the sector aware of the certified quality of Valpolicella Wines, Veneto PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Asiago PDO cheese and Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice.
