ITB Berlin 2023 – Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice at the leading trade fair for tourism.

From 7 to 9 March 2023, Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice was among the protagonists at the ITB fair in Berlin, the annual appointment dedicated to the world of tourism, which brought together operators and professionals from 180 countries around the world.
The Consortium was present with the stand of the ELTW project, the initiative financed by the European Union which aims to promote European excellence in Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic. And what better opportunity to do so than a B2B event in whose travel, hospitality and culture meet?
10,000 exhibitors were present and just as many visitors stopped by the ELTW stand to taste Risotto all’Isolana, one of the symbolic dishes of Isola della Scala: the area in the province of Verona where Riso Nano Vialone Veronese PGI has been cultivated and produced for centuries.
In this way, by rediscovering the genuine flavours of a European excellence, the Consortium has also promoted an idea of sustainable travel, respectful of the territory and its unique identity.
