It is a project that deploys many initiatives, workshops and events throughout Europe to make citizens and operators in the sector aware of the certified quality of Asiago PDO Cheese, PGI Nano Vialone Veronese Rice, Valpolicella DOC and DOCG Wines and Veneto PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
