The Valpolicella Wines Workshops arrive in the Czech Republic.

The Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella has always been at the forefront in the valorisation of its oenological excellence. For September and October 2024, in fact, it has scheduled eight training and information events in the Czech Republic: true immersive workshops aimed at different types of audience, including students, HoReCa professionals, importers and distributors, and sommeliers.

Nano Vialone Veronese PGI rice for Pope Francis’ lunch in Verona

On 18 May 2024, Pope Francis visited the Montorio Prison in Verona, where he had lunch with inmates. The lands of Nano Vialone Veronese PGI rice welcomed the Holy Father with the preparation of two traditional first courses: the famous risotto all'isolana, a typical dish of the Verona area, followed by a spring classic, risotto with asparagus.
