- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs and flour to taste
- Seed oil for frying

Preparation
Cut Asiago PDO Fresh into sticks about eight inches long.
Dip them in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Bring the oil to a boil and fry the Asiago PDO sticks until golden brown.
Drain them and wipe off excess oil with paper towels. Accompany the sticks with a bowl of pink sauce and an iced appetizer.
