- 1 litre of milk
- 100 gr of sugar
- 200 gr Vialone Nano Veronese IGP rice
- Lemon
- Cinnamon (stick)
- Vanilla essence
- Bitter cocoa to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste

Preparation
Pour the milk into a saucepan and boil it with the cinnamon stick and vanilla extract.
Add sugar and lemon zest. Strain and bring back to the boil, adding the rice and mixing it with the milk until it is completely cooked. You will obtain a thick and fragrant which you pour into glasses or bowls.
Chill them for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa and cinnamon.
